Home Siding Replacement Process

First Contact

When you contact us, we will schedule a free in-home estimate and consultation for your siding. We can schedule an appointment time that is convenient for you, including evenings and Saturdays. We’ll ask you a couple of key questions to help us prepare for our meeting. Meetings can take as long or short as is needed so that you are comfortable and understand the products and process. However, we suggest you plan for at least 30 minutes.

Meeting at Your Home

During our meeting, we will inspect your current siding, measure your home, and discuss the pros and cons of the various products to determine the best fit for your needs. We’ll then take the information from our meeting to prepare a bid for our next visit.

Prepare Bid

We’ll prepare a detailed bid that clearly outlines the scope of work and then carefully review the proposal with you to ensure that you fully understand the bid. Our exterior Consultants are always available to answer your questions about our bid, our process, and of course, any concerns you may have. If we are fortunate enough to earn your business, we will sign an agreement that protects you and begin the process of scheduling the work.

Begin Work

Our experienced certified crew will start work on the scheduled date. Our siding crews are true professionals, they are knowledgeable, work efficiently, and are respectful of you and your property. All old siding and debris are disposed of, and we thoroughly clean up the home site after we complete the work.

Schedule Painting

If you have selected painting as part of your project with us, we will schedule the painting phase of the project once your new siding is installed. We use high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint. It normally takes 2 to 5 working days to paint a home based on the size of the home and of course, our always cooperative Northwest weather.
